磺砂村位于东冲半岛中部的内海边，距镇区约15公里，辖五个自然村，属下浒镇。[1]

地名[edit]

村子建在黄土山的一个小坡上，山石多砂岩，村名取其谐音。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年8月公社化时期，此地设为磺砂生产大队。1984年8月恢复乡政府，大队随即改称磺砂村并组成村民委员会，原大队就此撤销。[1]

村民共904人，分属243户。耕地464亩，其中水田265亩。村民大多姓张。[1]
