柘洋村是福建省宁德市霞浦县下浒镇下辖的行政村，位于东冲半岛，距下浒镇区约12公里。[1]
地名[edit]
村子背靠山、面临海，山上多柘树，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1984年8月，恢复乡人民政府，原生产大队更名为柘洋村，并选举产生村民委员会，同年撤销柘洋生产大队。[1]

全村下辖八个村民小组，共335户，总人口1141人。耕地875亩，园地200亩。[1]
