柏溪村为下浒镇所辖，是当地革命老区的基点村，内含四个自然村。[1]
地名[edit]
村中溪边旧时多柏树，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年8月公社化时期，此地设为柏溪生产大队。1984年8月恢复乡政府，大队随即改称柏溪村并组成村民委员会，原大队就此撤销。[1]
概况[edit]
村民共1443人，分属384户。劳动力815人，其中富余劳动力265人。村内现有党员47人，其中女党员6名。水田与旱地各六百多亩，另有滩涂两千多亩。[1]
荣誉[edit]
福建省爱卫办于2021年11月将本村命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
