下浒镇是福建省宁德市霞浦县下辖的镇，位于县境南部，地处东冲半岛中段，北面临东吾洋，南与西洋岛隔海相望，距霞浦城区约31千米。全镇辖1个社区和21个行政村。[1][2]

镇境为丘陵地貌，海洋资源丰富，沿海村庄以海带养殖和海洋捕捞为主要生计。境内的外浒城堡是明代沿海抗倭的遗迹，2013年列入福建省文物保护单位。[6][5]

历史沿革[edit]

公元702年（武周长安二年）至1080年（北宋元丰三年）之间，今镇境内延亭至石湖一带的沿海村落，以及下浒村以西的地方属连江县，其余地方归安东乡连海里所辖。[1]

1986年7月，这片地方分设为下浒镇和北壁乡。[1][2]

镇人民政府驻下浒村松柏山，距霞浦城区31千米。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

外浒城堡位于外浒村，明嘉靖三十四年（1555年）始建，平面呈椭圆形，以鹅卵石和块石垒砌城墙，周长约648米。城内西北向留有残长近百米、宽约2米的“L”形走马道，现存南门、李氏祠堂等遗迹。[3][5]

城堡的建造，据百度百科引《赤岸堡记》，是为抵御倭寇而起。城堡于2013年1月28日列入第八批福建省文物保护单位。[5]

维基百科将外浒城堡置于沙江镇外浒村，与百度百科及博雅地名网的所在地不同，本条目从后两者。[4][5][3]

外浒沙滩位于外浒村东侧，呈新月形，南北长约1.6千米，东西宽约0.2千米，总面积约0.35平方千米。[7]
