沙江村是福建省宁德市霞浦县沙江镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域南部，东北靠山，西南临海，与竹江岛隔海相望，距县城约23公里。[1][2][3]

村民以养殖业为主，海带、海蛎、龙须菜等是主要产品。[2]

地名[edit]

村名的由来，据博雅地名网，此地临海，原是一片沙滩，故名沙江。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年8月，全国推行人民公社化，原农业社改为生产大队，当年于此立起沙江生产大队。[1]

1984年8月恢复乡级政权、政社分开，沙江生产大队改称沙江村，由村民选出村民委员会；此后生产大队撤销，改设沙江村民委员会。[1]

海带养殖是村里的主导产业，养殖面积2300多亩；此外养殖海蛏、海蛎、龙须菜，并有池塘养殖。村集体有出租虾塘的收入。[2]
