霞塘村位于溪南镇南部，背靠葛洪山，三面环山，面向大海，距镇区约8千米，距县城约50千米。[1]

地名与沿革[edit]

村位于霞浦山的西麓，因围塘建村而得名。[1]

1958年设霞塘生产大队，1984年改为霞塘村，并选举产生村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2018年，霞塘村被评为福建省级卫生村。[1]
