猴屿村位于溪南镇西南部，东面临甘棠村，西面接青山村，距镇区约2千米。[1]

地名与沿革[edit]

因岛屿的形状像猴子，村建于此地，故名。[1]

1958年设猴屿生产大队，1984年改为猴屿村，并选举产生村民委员会。2000年，村委会迁居现址。[1]
