龙亭村在牙城镇西北部，距集镇约19公里，下辖龙亭主村、南兜、梨溪和八斗四个自然村。常住人口401人，全村242户、839人。村民以种植茶叶、水果和农耕为主，也有在外经商、务工的。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历，据博雅地名网，古时有赴京赶考的人在此亭中乘凉，此亭称凉亭，后音近写作龙亭。[2]

1958年设龙亭生产大队，1984年改称龙亭村，并设立村民委员会。[2]
