福海社区位于霞浦县松山街道辖区内，2021年11月2日经县人民政府批复同意成立，是霞浦县「东扩南移」战略的核心地带。[1][2]

社区辖区面积约950亩，有商品房约6000套，目前代管宁海、靖海两个社区。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

社区地名的来历：所在地原为海域，因取福运如海、福如东海的寓意而命名。[3]

街道党工委于2021年11月15日批准社区党支部成立，成立时支部有7名党员，所在小区另有69名在职党员。到2022年2月，支部经选举配齐班子，书记一人，支委两人；2022年4月，居委会经居民选举产生，设主任一人、副主任一人、委员五人。[2]

地理环境[edit]

辖区东边到松山大道，南边到黄寿祺路，西边到赤岸大道，北边到宁远路；区内有霞浦县医院新院等小区和单位。[2]

据社区情况简介，目前约有1350多户入住，入住人口约4500多人（统计时间未注），预计可容纳约20000人。[2]
