地名[edit]
相传霞浦建城时，此地五户人家献出“聚宝盆”，帮助城墙顺利建成。为表彰村民的功绩，此地被称为立城；后来方言谐音，写作利埕。[1]

村子包括利埕主村、后门塘、后沙和福鼎楼四个自然村，设有10个生产队和21个村民小组。[2]
人口与经济[edit]
村中常住户875户，人口2793人。另有暂住510户、暂住人口2580人，全村合计5373人。耕地面积1400亩。[2]
村民以蔬菜、水果种植和弹涂鱼养殖为主，此外有运输、加工和商铺等行业。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年公社化时，此地设利埕生产大队。1984年政社分开，大队改称利埕村，并产生村民委员会。[1]
