马洋村是松城街道的一个少数民族村。村子在县城西南面，距县城约12公里，海拔六百多米，畲族居民占相当比例。[1]
地名[edit]
村原名桥头。后因马姓与杨姓人家分居两座山头，遂改称马洋。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年设马洋生产大队，1984年改为马洋村，同年设立村民委员会。[1]
地理与古迹[edit]
村子东边是目莲下寺，北边靠一坝，南边与涌山村相接，西边可望见南屏。村中的目莲寺是历史悠久的宗教圣地。[2]
旧时官道经过此地，由城关可通往溪南与盐田。[2]
