西关社区是松城街道下辖的社区，位于县城西郊。社区东起龙津路，西与崇儒畲族乡交界，北面以护城河与龙津社区相邻，南面与彩虹社区相接。[1][2]

地名[edit]

居委会位于县城西侧，因而取名西关。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

新中国成立后这里先设西关街人民政府。1955年居民户与农业户分开，成立西关居委会；1958年并入西关大队管委会；1967年居民户另分出，设立光明大队居委会。1984年恢复西关居委会的名称，2004年改制为社区。[1]

西关社区于2003年8月成立，隶属松城街道办事处。[2]
