松城街道是福建省宁德市霞浦县辖的街道，位于县城中心地带，东面与松港街道相接，南面连着沙江镇，西面与盐田畲族乡为邻，北面与崇儒畲族乡接界。[1][4]

街道旧称秦川，明代在龙首山上植松，松林蜿蜒如城，故得名松城。唐宋时期其境分属劝儒乡和灵霍乡，此后历经城坊、长溪镇、城关镇等建制，1981年城关镇改称松城镇，2004年1月改设松城街道。[1][3][4]

历史沿革[edit]

唐宋时这里属于两个乡的辖地：劝儒乡下的擢秀里与灵霍乡下的万安里。清代大半地方归城坊管辖，宣统元年（1909年）改设城坊区。[3]

民国时期先归第一区管辖，1939年称城厢联保，1940年一度叫长溪镇，之后改为县直属的镇。1949年10月长溪镇撤销，其地仍属第一区。[3]

1955年底第九区并入，组成城关区；1956年初分出后港区，城关区随即改为城关镇。[3]

1958年后港区被撤销，多数乡村并入城关一带，城关人民公社随之组建。万贤、中乘、俊星、东关、西关五街与五个大队，是1964年在境内设立的。到1981年，城关镇才改名松城镇，原先的街道、大队名称也恢复使用。[3]

2003年撤镇改设松城、松港两个街道，2004年1月正式成立松城街道，办事处设于府前路。[2][3]

地理与人口[edit]

街道面积的记载并不一致。百度百科载约62平方千米；博雅地名网载1997年面积为165.5平方千米。两说并列于此，读者可自行比较。[2][4]

据百度百科，2020年11月1日的常住人口统计为104998人。[4]

省道沙吕段与小浦段穿过街道。街道内的龙首山是县城北侧的主要山脉，山麓一带是县城的老城区。[2][8]

名胜古迹[edit]

福宁山民会馆位于旗下街，清光绪二十五年（1899年）设于西郊教场头，1919年购得现址建筑并迁建于此。会馆兼具联谊、议事、祭祀与慈善等用途，是畲族宗亲的聚会之处。2005年列为县级文物保护单位，2009年公布为第七批省级文物保护单位。[5]

福宁府城隍庙位于府前路，北宋元祐二年（1087年）始建，主祀西汉御史周苛。现存建筑于1995年落成，保留明代特征，庙内有明嘉靖二十二年（1543年）重建的石碑。1999年认定为县级文物保护单位。[6]

游朴故居位于街道辖区内，为明万历年间（1573年至1619年）官员游朴的旧宅，占地约2785平方米，建筑为梯形群体布局，共五十间。2022年被列为重点保护对象，属县级文物保护单位。[7]

老城区保存着曲井坊、旗下街等明清风貌的街巷。据博雅地名网，旗下街因清初满族人聚居而得名；曲井坊则是明清建筑保存较好的古街。这一带也是福宁古城历史文化街区建设的重点核心。[9]
