东侨经济技术开发区是福建省宁德市的国家级经济技术开发区，位于宁德市中心城区，也是宁德市政府驻地，下辖16个社区。它的前身是1965年为安置归侨而设立的东湖塘华侨农场，以锂电新能源为核心产业。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宁德市于1965年11月设立东湖塘华侨农场，目的是集中安排归侨。1997年，全省推进华侨农场改革，当年12月以该农场为底子挂牌设立闽东华侨经济开发区。1999年5月，福建省政府批准其为省级开发区。2006年4月，宁德市把闽东华侨经济开发区并入闽东工业园区一起整合，改称福建东侨经济开发区。2012年12月，国务院批准其升为国家级经济技术开发区。[1]

地理环境[edit]

开发区管辖面积40.7平方千米，中心城区与北部新区分别为16.7与24平方千米。它北接浙江温州，南邻福州，东面隔着三都澳与台湾遥望。[1]

沈海高速、温福铁路和衢宁铁路穿境而过，宁德动车站与交通枢纽站都设在区内，周边还有两个5万吨级通用泊位码头。[1]

经济[edit]

产业上，锂电新能源居于核心，智能装备制造与大健康为两翼，文创电商、现代物流、总部经济与数字经济等领域也在发展。宁德时代、新能源科技等世界级锂电企业的总部位于区内，上下游产业链企业有70多家。[1]

在换电物流方面，区内有一条高速公路重卡换电的绿色物流专线，据管委会网站称是全国首条。[1]

开发区先后获评「中国人居环境范例奖」、国家级绿色工业园区，入选全国第二批「先进制造业和现代服务业融合发展试点区域」、全国第三批「大众创业万众创新示范基地」，并入选减污降碳协同创新试点，属首批之列。据该网站，它是宁德市唯一的国家级经济技术开发区。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

开发区内有东湖湿地公园，面积约3800亩。[2]

管委会网站的影像栏目刊有题为「东湖国家级水利风景区」的图片，开发区的荣誉中也列有「国家水利风景名胜区」一项。[1][3]
