历史沿革[edit]
相传旧时村后有一个石洞，村民在洞前建房落居，村名因此称作石厝。[1]
大队于1958年成立，1984年改为村委会。[2]
人口民族[edit]
据2022年12月发布的村情简介，村中有482户，人口1770人，其中常住1035人；具有大学文化程度的为85人，共16个村民小组。[2]
地理环境[edit]
村庄距宁德市区约20公里。林地3008亩、耕地1857亩，森林覆盖率为51.6%。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
村内罗汉松高约8米，胸围135厘米，树龄约110年，被列为国家三级重点保护植物。[2]
荣誉[edit]
村庄曾获宁德市级生态村、蕉城区级文明村等称号。[1]
