吴峰村是洪口乡下辖的行政村，地处蕉城、屏南、周宁三县区的接合处，属第四批国家级传统古村落。村子距乡政府25公里，海拔810米，共544人、177户。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

村子肇基于宋末元初，至今有800多年历史。水路时代，这里是宁德通往屏南、周宁的茶盐古道上的要地，「一声鸡鸣，三县皆闻」之说由此而来。[1]

手工艺[edit]

村中的民间手工艺有虎头帽、虎头鞋、酿造黄酒和竹制陶胆等。[1]

荣誉[edit]

村子先后被评为「宁德市文明村」和「蕉城区文明村」。[2]
