花兰村是洪口乡下辖的行政村，以农业为主。因洪口水电站建设，村民在2006年至2007年间迁往七都镇秋山尾、霍童镇霍童村的移民安置点及城区。村庄原有9个自然村、6个村民小组，共103户405人。[1]
