中洋里村是福建省宁德市蕉城区虎贝镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域西北部，在纱帽龙峰山脚下，东距那罗寺约3公里。村名先称“中村”，后因村子位于田洋之中，改称中洋里。[1]

地名[edit]

清初此地只有一两座房屋；至清乾隆四十六年，房屋已发展到十余幢，称“中村”。因村子位于田洋之中，遂改称中洋里。[1]

始祖与迁居[edit]

村中叶姓的始祖叶得俊，于1468年左右由江西八角井入闽，定居中洋里，至今已有五百余年。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

中洋里村此前属桥头村，是其下辖的一个自然村；1993年起单独设立村民委员会，名称沿用至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，中洋里村评定为「2021年福建省卫生村」，评定单位为福建省爱卫办。2022年12月，该村获评「2022年福建省森林村庄」，评定单位为福建省绿化委员会。[1]
