外渔潭村是福建省宁德市蕉城区三都镇下辖的行政村，位于城澳半岛，在镇区东南约8公里处。村下辖6个自然村，以海水养殖为主。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1999年1月，村从城澳街村分出，单独设村。[1]

经济[edit]

渔业养殖131亩，以海水养殖为主，兼营码头搬运和少量农业。农业产稻谷和甘薯；果树有橄榄、龙眼、香蕉和荔枝等。林业树种为松树、杉木和梧桐，林地2761亩，耕地580亩。[1]

文化[edit]

村内有自来水及生产、生活用电，设医疗站一所、渡口一处。[1]
