寒垅村是福建省宁德市蕉城区三都镇下辖的行政村，位于城澳半岛东端，在镇区东南约12.3公里处。村域最南端的虎尾山与罗源县井水村相邻，村下辖6个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村由三坪大队于1978年析出，1984年设立村委会。2007年被列为福建省级贫困村。[1]

经济[edit]

村民以开采石料为主，兼营少量农业，产稻谷、甘薯、芭蕉和茶叶。渔业养殖面积43.5亩，主要为鲍鱼和大黄鱼。耕地378亩，林业有松、杉和桐树。[1]
