三都镇是福建省宁德市蕉城区下辖的镇，位于蕉城区东南部，距宁德市区约14公里，镇政府驻松岐村。全镇辖2个社区、27个行政村，镇域以三都岛、城澳半岛和青山岛等岛屿、半岛为主，濒临三都澳。[1]

三都之名始于明代的都制：当时此地列为第三都，因以驻地村命名，故称三都。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1934年11月，宁德县切出三都一带，另设三都特种区，由省直接管辖。民国28年（1939年）三月，三都特种区被撤销，三都重新归宁德县管辖。[2]

1958年8月组建三都人民公社；1961年8月又恢复为三都区，1966年7月重新改为三都人民公社。1984年10月，三都人民公社撤销，三都镇随之设立。[1]

1952年6月，三都港辟为军港。[1]

地理环境[edit]

三都澳能让万吨级船舶进出，适于避风；镇域濒临的官井洋则是黄花鱼的产卵场所。[1]

经济[edit]

农业以水稻和薯类为主，此外还出产茶叶、对虾、海带、淡菜与紫菜。[1]

文化[edit]

2016年5月，经福建省人民政府认定，三都镇列入「第五批福建省历史文化名镇名村」。2019年1月，三都镇列入「第七批中国历史文化名镇」。2021年2月，三都镇上榜「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

三都澳斗姆风景区的斗姆景区位于斗帽岛上，海蚀景观丰富，有螺壳岩、迷宫洞等景点，有「吉祥岛」「幸福岛」之称。据博雅地名网所载，螺壳岩为中国沿海最大的中空象形螺壳岩。[1][3][4]

三都近代建筑群建于清代至民国时期。1899年（清光绪二十五年）福海关设立，此后三都澳先后有13个国家的21家公司在此开办洋行，意大利曾在此设领事馆。2009年11月，建筑群被福建省人民政府列入「第七批省级文物保护单位」名单。建筑群座落于港口村等处。[1][5]
