梧埕村位于镇区西北约4.1千米，尖峰顶山西侧。村子早先是牧牛之地，称牛埕；因与七都镇的牛埕重名，1979年改称梧埕。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年组建大队，1984年改设村委会。下辖的自然村有梧埕、车路洋、横浿、将军堡等。[1]
