沈洋村是飞鸾镇下辖的行政村，驻地在镇区东北约7千米、坪冈面山东侧。早期由沈姓人迁居此地，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年组建大队，1984年改设村委会。全村共9个自然村，沈洋为村名所在。洋尾垄和舂臼坑之外，还有水壑坪与牛洋，家上树与南边，下边楼及大楼坪。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，沈洋村被福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
