陈家洋村是飞鸾镇下辖的行政村，村委会现设在城南镇福洋新村。村名因周围村落陈姓居多、村前有平整的田洋而来。1958年组建生产大队，1984年改设村委会。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

2003年，因陈家洋水库的建设，村民大部分迁到城南镇福洋村南侧，原有的各个自然村已被淹没，或只剩少数人居住。[1]

水库[edit]

陈家洋水库是一座中型水利工程，坝高26米，总库容354万立方米。它以防洪和农田灌溉为主，兼有水力发电、水产养殖和人饮供水，位于车里湾电站的上游。[1]
