清潭村位于洋中镇西北部，紧靠宁古线左侧。村名源于村前一汪深潭，潭水清澈发青。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

村前有一潭，潭水纯青，故名清潭。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1980年村里组建生产大队，1984年改设村民委员会。村辖九个自然村。[1]

人物[edit]

民国时期，村人阮元卑于1946年任福建省参议会驻会会员，并任国大代表。[2]
