林坂村属老区村，位于洋中镇东北部。村名又作濂坂，因村前龙潭的瀑布如挂水帘而得名。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

村子早先叫作濂川，村前有龙潭，瀑布垂落如同悬挂的水帘，由此得名，后又称濂坂，也曾叫连坂。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年村里组建生产大队，1984年改设村民委员会。村辖十二个自然村。[1]

名胜[edit]

宁德洋中水利风景区的西界即在本村，景区西界所指的溪尾水库位于村内。[2]
