井坪村位于洋中镇西部，距镇区约3.5公里，地处五年岗山一侧。村名取自村子所在的一小块坪地，村旁一条山壑形似水井。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村旁有一条小山壑，形状像井；村子建在一块平坦的坪地上，故取名井坪。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此前村子隶属陈洋村，1991年起单独设立村民委员会。村辖七个自然村。[1]

文化遗存[edit]

村中有一座亭子，据记载始建于宋代；另有祠堂、大厅各一座。村里还生长着三棵柳杉。[1]
