方家山村位于洋中镇东南部，距镇区约7公里，村民以农业为主，种植水稻、茶叶和毛竹。[1]

地名由来[edit]

古时方姓祖先迁居于此，村因此称为方家山，又名田乾中村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1978年村里设立生产大队，1984年改设村民委员会。村属革命老区基点村。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，省爱卫办授予方家山村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
