陈洋村位于洋中镇江北约1.2公里处，宁古公路北侧，大泽溪公路的起点。村名由早年村前的一片田洋和村中一条粗藤演变而来。[1]
地名由来[edit]
早年村内有一条粗藤直挂到陈洞村一侧，村前有一片田洋，故取名藤洋，后来演变为陈洋。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年村里组建生产大队，1984年改设村民委员会。村辖陈洋一个自然村。2022年村部翻新。[1]

村内有大厅2座，昭应宫1座。[1]
