小坛村是赤溪镇的行政村，位于镇区西南约4.5公里，赤邑公路西北侧，1997年成立村委会。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村委会以驻地村名为名。村民从黄田村迁来，以黄姓为主，建村已有300多年，1997年成立村委会。[1]
村中有老红军黄仲贵，曾做叶飞的警卫员，后参加淮海、渡江等战役。[1]
人口民族[edit]
全村共134户、482人，常驻人口240人，分为5个村民小组。[1]
经济[edit]
耕地531亩，种植的作物以稻谷、茶叶、芋头为主，也种甘蔗，并兼养家禽。[1]
2021年12月，小坛村获「2021年度福建省森林村庄」称号。[2]
