勤格村是赤溪镇的行政村，位于镇西部山区，距镇区约7公里，与周宁县相邻。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名的来历，据博雅地名网：古时周宁芹村有人迁居此地，被称为「芹客」，后音转为芹格，再改为勤格。2020年9月22日起，村名由芹格改为勤格。[1][2]
人口民族[edit]
全村203户，村民798人。[2]
经济[edit]
主要产业为茶叶、水稻、芋头，其中茶叶是主要收入来源，茶叶种植人均收入每年在8000元以上。村内有茶叶合作社，带动茶农约600多户，年产初加工茶叶1500多吨。[2]
林地1500亩，耕地992亩。勤格村获「2023年福建省卫生村」称号，命名时间为2024年1月。[1]
文化[edit]
村中公共设施有公园、篮球场，另有幸福院与文化活动场所。村内主要道路已全部硬化。[2]
