留洋村是赤溪镇的行政村，位于镇区东南约5.6公里，南屏峰东侧。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名由来：村内有一片称为留洋田的田地，村因此得名留洋。[1]
1958年组建大队，1984年改为村民委员会。[1]
人口民族[edit]
村辖下留洋、上留洋、松柴冈3个自然村。全村5个村民小组，共107户、446人，常驻人口近300人，本村籍大学学历人口8人。[1]
有数十户村民在广州经营南杂批发店。[1]
经济[edit]
耕地854亩，林地3629亩，其中有林地3130亩；主产稻谷、茶叶，林木以松、杉、杂木为主。[1]
村里有医疗站一处，另有初制茶厂、碾米厂各一家，水电站一座。小杂货店2家，年销售值约15万元。[1]
文化[edit]
村内的黄氏祠堂建于清雍正年间。矿产以叶腊石为主，村中有上百年杂木几十棵。[1]
2021年11月，留洋村获「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
