据蕉城区人民政府2022年12月发布的村情简介，全村辖4个自然村，共272户868人。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名得自溪岸边一片名为溪坂洋的平地。[2]

1958年设生产大队，1984年改为村委会。[2]

经济[edit]

村民以种植业和养殖业为主。村域内有林地2081亩、绿笋4000丛，耕地为980亩。[1][4]

文化[edit]

村内设有国家级水土保持科技示范园，并为福建省中小学研学教育基地和市委党校现场教学点。[4]

2020年，洋岸坂村被列入霍童溪沿线乡村振兴示范点。[1][2]
