水际村是福建省宁德市蕉城区八都镇下辖的行政村，位于镇区西北约1.6公里，霍童溪北侧，村中以黄姓为主。据传建村已有七百多年。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

村子古时称水漈里，后改为今名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年组建生产大队，1984年改为村委会。[1]

古迹与古树[edit]

村中的龙兴寺创建于唐元和十四年（819年），清雍正年间得以重修。村中黄氏江夏祠堂前立旗杆石28块，另有百年以上古民居二十余栋。[2]

村内国家一级保护植物水松仅存一株，树高四十余米，树龄约七百多年。[2]

荣誉[edit]

水际村于2017年8月列入「福建省第二批省级传统村落」名录；2019年6月入选「第五批中国传统村落」。[1]
