海星村是福建省宁德市蕉城区八都镇下辖的行政村，位于镇区东南约2公里，八都大桥东南侧，依山面海，是一座渔村。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村名取“海上元星”之意，村子又称渔村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1961年新建渔村时，原先的村民以船为家，是船民的避风港。此前部分船民已在岸上搭棚居住，1961年村庄正式设立。1968年，政府出面协助，原居渔船的村民全部迁到岸上，1984年设村委会。[1]

宗教[edit]

村民多信仰天主教，村中建有一座教堂。[1]
