官亭村是七都镇下辖的行政村，村中旧有一条官道经过，道中设有一亭，村名由此而来[1][2]。

历史沿革[edit]

1970年至1979年，七都设为一个大队，官亭为其中一片。1979年下半年分为4个大队，1984年改为官亭村委会[1]。

人口与姓氏[edit]

村辖官亭、广前、关厝3个自然村，已连成一片。全村有10个村民小组，人口1878人，外来人口25人，大学文化以上78人；户数455户[2]。

以林、陈两姓为主。林姓传说于唐末随王审知由河南固始迁入，陈姓在明洪武三十年（1397年）自南京移居此地[2]。

地理与经济[edit]

村子地势平坦，聚落呈块状。林地2178亩，耕地641亩。村民以农业为生，主要种植稻谷与甘薯；果木有龙眼、柑桔、脐橙、草莓、枇杷，矿产有花岗岩[2]。

文化与古迹[edit]

村域内设竹编厂1个、香包厂3个，另有村委会与基督教堂各一座[2]。村内古建筑中留有一处宋代朱熹讲学的遗址，村中还有一株百年榕树[2]。
