东岐村位于七都镇东南部海岸边，在镇区东南3.6公里，西陂塘北侧，村名因地处六都东部而得[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1979年设东岐大队，1984年改为村委会[1]。村中陈姓居多，其先人在三百多年前由福安廉村与上杭迁来建村[1]。

人口与经济[edit]

村辖东岐1个自然村，村中设4个村民小组。人口675人，户数150户，大学文化以上18人[1]。

林地101亩、耕地220亩、滩地96亩；以农渔为主，主产稻谷与甘薯。水果有荔枝、龙眼、草莓，海产有蛏、海蛎和螃蟹[1]。

文化[edit]

村落呈方形，村内有祠堂3座，村委楼旁有一株300多年的老榕树[1]。清乾隆年间村中出过一位举人，名阮芳潮，后任山东招远县知县[1]。
