地名由来[edit]
村北的小坪地形似象棋盘，村庄位于盘下，早先叫下盘，后来音变为下凡。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年设生产大队，1984年改设村委会。[1]
人口与村落[edit]
村辖下凡、土尾、尤澳、小塘、东楼5个自然村，共17个村民小组，有357户、1576人，其中常住人口1576人，外来40人。本村籍大学文化以上者16人。[1][2]
