地名由来与建村[edit]
此村早先叫石园中，后来迁到陡门头下游，才定名门下。村庄始建于明末清初。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年组建生产大队，1984年改设村委会。[1]
人口与村落[edit]
全村共12个村民小组，有205户、975人，其中常驻的有七百多人。本村籍大学文化学历者有二十多人。[1][2]
村落呈长形，依山面海，有房屋127幢，其中新建水泥楼房38幢。[1]
