岐头村是福建省宁德市蕉城区城南镇下辖的行政村，位于城南镇的中心地带。[1]

村名原作“崎头”，因靠海边、地形崎岖不平，后演变为岐头。[1]

村口即罗宁高速公路宁德互通口，城东路、站前路等城市道路也经过这里。[1]

2021年11月，岐头村被命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

村中设大队始于1958年，1984年改为村民委员会。[1]
