灵秀社区是福建省宁德市蕉城区蕉北街道下辖的社区，2016年9月挂牌成立，管辖范围为灵秀山庄小区。[1][2]

辖区东接郦城山庄，西与半岭村相接，南与蕉南街道的中南村为界，北以西岭岗为界。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办命名灵秀社区为「2021年福建省卫生社区」。[1]
