培英社区是福建省宁德市蕉城区蕉北街道下辖的社区，位于城区中心地带，东侧以环城路为界，西侧与继光社区相接。[1]

名称含纪念书斋、期望社区培育人才之意。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区旧称崇文街，此后是红旗街道的居委会，2003年4月5日起定名为培英社区居民委员会。[1]

据博雅地名网，该居委会是蕉城区成立最早的一个；其简介另记2003年6月整合为居委会，两说未统一。[1]
