2008年，开发商建成郦景小区；2012年11月，蕉城区政府同意设立社区居民委员会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

社区内有宝信城市广场商业中心，以及郦景阳光一期、二期与枫景大厦三个居民小区。[1]
