社区居委会2003年组建，此地旧称芦坪洋。[1]
地理环境[edit]
道路以两横四纵为骨架，横向有蕉城南路、鹤峰中路，纵向有芦坪路、南际路等。[2]
辖区内有南际溪流经。[2]
文化[edit]
社区一带旧有郑附马彩亭的遗迹，相关地名自宋代沿用至今。[2]
