灵地村位于灵地乡中部，是乡政府所在的村，由灵地、吾村两个自然村组成，与留春、游山头等十个行政村相邻。[1]
地名由来[edit]
古时此地山林茂密，因而称作“林地”。此后经谐音改为雅致的今名，寓意地灵人杰。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1934年此地设灵地保，之后归新桥镇。1949年初期仍属新桥镇，1950年至1952年划入第六区（新桥）。[1]
1958年组建大队，归建峰公社管辖；次年转入新桥公社。1961年，两公社部分地区划出另设灵地公社，本村随之划属。1984年政社分设，改属灵地乡。[1]
人口与土地[edit]
村中总人口870人。全村土地共16310亩，内有林地13430亩、生态林2816亩，耕地740亩。[1]
产业与荣誉[edit]
主要农作物为水稻、蔬菜和食用菌，水果以柑橘为主。[1]
本村在2020年12月入选龙岩市第一批「中级版绿盈乡村」。2022年间先后获得三项「一村一品」认定：7月为漳平市级专业村，产品是食用菌；8月由龙岩市农业农村局定为市级专业村，产品为食用菌木耳；12月福建省农业农村厅确定其为省级专业村。[1]
本村于2024年初获得2023年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」称号。[1]
