灵地乡位于福建省龙岩市漳平市北部，乡政府驻灵地村，东邻吾祠乡，西、南与新桥镇接壤，北与大田县上京镇、桃源镇相交界，距漳平市区57公里。全乡面积112平方千米，下辖11个行政村。[1]境内地处戴云山南麓，森林覆盖率高，省级文物保护单位泰安堡位于易坪村。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

乡名来自旧时的地貌：乡政府所在一带昔日林木繁密，故称“林地”，后人取谐音，改为雅致的今名。[2]

明清和民国初年，这片地方分散隶属于数个基层单位，其中一部分在宁洋县聚宁里。[3]

1949年前后，乡域分属新桥区（第六区）的四个乡，另有一部分属宁洋县第一区城口乡；1956年起属双洋区城口乡。[2]

1958年，各村分属新桥、建峰两个公社。1961年，两公社的部分地区划出，另设灵地公社；1984年改设灵地乡。[2][3]

地理环境[edit]

乡境处在戴云山南麓，海拔平均约480米，气候为中亚热带季风型，年均气温18.2℃，全年四季分明而温暖湿润。[1]

全乡林地面积14万亩，森林覆盖率为86%。矿产有无烟煤、铁锰矿和高岭土。[1]

人口民族[edit]

漳平市人民政府所载户籍人口为8287人，常住人口约2433人，统计年份未注明。[1]

乡内有畲族村落，明清时期的古祠堂保存较多。[1]

经济[edit]

主要经济作物有食用菌、毛竹、水稻、烟叶和芙蓉李。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

泰安堡位于易坪村，建造始于清乾隆三十三年，即公元1768年，乾隆四十五年竣工，前后历时13年，由许国榜主持修建。[4][5]

泰安堡坐北朝南，东西与南北向各宽约37.3米，外墙以石砌基座和夯土墙构筑，顶部设哨窗和射击孔，堡内为三进楼房。[4][5]

2005年，泰安堡被公布为第六批「福建省文物保护单位」。[4][5]

漳平市公布的历史建筑中，灵地乡有4处：长垵村的成美堂（清代），游山头村的祥昌堂，易坪村的忍和堂与钟英堂。[6]

荣誉与称号[edit]

环境保护部在2014年9月为灵地乡评定「国家级生态乡镇」，评定所针对的年度为2012至2013年。[2]

灵地乡获「文明乡镇」「平安乡镇」等称号。[1]此外，乡内先后两次获得龙岩市「平安乡镇（街道）」的认定：2023年初确定的是2022年度的一批，2024年初认定的是2023年度的一批。[2]
