华寮村是福建省龙岩市漳平市芦芝镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的东部。据传宋末巫、张、池三姓人家来此开辟定居，搭寮而居，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1934年前后此地属上华保，之后曾隶属圆潭联保、瑞华乡与桂华乡。1950年至1952年称华寮乡，其后并入圆潭乡；1958年改称华寮大队，此后归红旗、城郊与芦芝等公社管辖；1984年起归芦芝乡，村名定为华寮村。[1]
2014年撤乡设镇之后，村子仍属芦芝镇。[1]
经济[edit]
农业是村内的主要产业，村民种植菜椒、菜花、甘蔗等蔬菜与水果。[1]
2021年1月，本村列入2020年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」名单。[1]
2022年10月，福建省农业农村厅将本村认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
2023年6月，本村获认定为漳平市蔬菜类「一村一品」专业村。[1]
