地名由来[edit]
村庄始建于明清时期。清代有粤东客家人来此开山搭寮定居，当地俗称「客寮」；因村子位于镇境北部，遂取名「北寮」。[2]
经济[edit]
北寮村以水仙茶为主要产业，博雅地名网称其为漳平最早种植水仙茶的行政村之一，并有「中国水仙茶第一村」的说法。[3] 村内有合作社，茶叶加工以家庭作坊和茶厂并存。[3]
历史沿革[edit]
1934年，此地为废里社降顺第一区南洋联保下的北寮保。1949年初改称北寮村，1958年属党泰公社，称北寮大队。[4]
1961年析设南洋公社，村归其管；1984年体制改革后属南洋乡，仍称北寮村；2013年9月，南洋撤乡改设为镇，村仍属之。[4]
荣誉[edit]
镇政府网站载，北寮村为省级革命老区村，并获「省级乡村振兴试点村」「省级乡村振兴示范村」「省级文明村」「省级生态村」等称号，另为龙岩市美丽乡村建设示范点。[1]
2021年11月，北寮村获「2021年福建省卫生村」称号；2021年10月，被认定为龙岩市2021年市级「一村一品」专业村（水仙茶）和2021年漳平市「一村一品」专业村（水仙茶）。[2]
福建省农业农村厅在2022年10月将北寮村列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。2023年1月，获命名为「龙岩市2022年度平安村居（社区）」；2024年5月，获命名为「漳平市民主法治示范村（社区）」。[2]
