岭兜村位于漳平市北部，距市区约55公里，距赤水镇政府约9公里，海拔360米，是少数民族村。村中有一条集雨面积六十多平方千米的河流，两岸古树成群。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村口的石灰岩洞穿云洞，过去行人进出村子要绕过洞顶，山岭的形状像一顶兜巾，村名因此称「岭兜」。[1]

1934年，村地属宁洋县第一区赤员香联保，即田兜保，后归赤员乡、赤水乡。1949年后隶属宁洋县第一区的田兜乡，1955年转入第四区。1956年宁洋县撤销，村地归漳平县，编入双洋区赤水乡。1957年撤区并乡，1958年归东风公社管辖，1961年设赤水公社岭兜大队。1984年改为赤水乡下的岭兜村，1995年赤水撤乡建镇，村仍隶属之。[1]

2010年，福建省把村庄评为生态村。2022年10月，福建省农业农村厅将「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」的称号认定给岭兜村。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村庄是前往天台山国家森林公园景区的必经之地。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内有明代摩崖石刻，以及「曹泗公殿」和「莲花寺」等景点，穿云洞在村口。[1]
