下德安村是漳平市象湖镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的东南部，辖下水田、枫坑、菜坑、曲埠程、银炉五个自然村。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

村落明、清时代已经建立，原名“竹林头”，后改称“竹安”，又称“覩安”，再以方言同音演为“德安”。[1]

1934年属溪南（第三）区象湖联保；1961年划归象湖公社，成立下德安；1984年政社分开后称德安村，属象湖乡；1995年3月撤乡建镇后仍属象湖镇。[2]

文化与荣誉[edit]

下德安村被列入中国传统村落名录，2017年8月又列入福建省第二批省级传统村落名录。[3][4][1]

2024年1月，村子被命名为2023年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」。[1]
